Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all participants, please take note of the following: - Advance Payment All bookings must be paid in full online prior to the session to secure your space. Unpaid bookings may be released without notice. - Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable. - We understand that unexpected plans or urgent matters may arise, and you might need to adjust your booking. However, please keep in mind that our sessions are intentionally intimate, with only a few spots available. When a cancellation occurs, it can be difficult for the facilitator to find someone to fill the space on short notice. To help us maintain the flow and energy of each session, we kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your consideration allows others the opportunity to join and ensures a smooth experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support—we look forward to welcoming you in session. - Late Arrivals Out of respect for the group and the flow of the session, late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has begun. - No-Show Policy No-shows will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling. - Transferability Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in advance. Thank you for honoring this space with mindfulness and care. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out.
